Fund-raising

Rotary Club Jakarta Cilandak is continually searching for new and innovative fund-raising ideas. Because of the sound support of Mark Aitken and his team at the Hotel Kristal we tend to centre our fund-raising efforts at the Hotel.

Monthly Raffles

On the last Friday of the month we hold a raffle in the Satu Lagi Bar. Prizes usually include wine, beer and spirits, prime beef, golf balls, vouchers from the Hotel Kristal and so on. We start around 5 pm on the Friday night and draw the prizes around 8pm. Tickets are on sale throughout the evening.

Premier Raffle

Since mid 2011 we have condusted monthly raffles featuring premier class prizes. Starting with Plasma TV sets we graduated to iPad's, iPod's with Docking Station, and a Cannon EOS Digital camera. The raffle is drawn on the last Friday of the month, in the Satu Lagi Bar, Hotel Kristal, at the same time at the monthly meat tray raffle, providing a great deal of fun and excitement.

Tickets are available from members in Mad Dogs, Satu Lagi Bar, FEZ Bar and other outlets. If you prefer, please contact any one of our members and we will arrange to provide you with tickets.

Proceeds from the last two raffles have been earmarked for Yayasan Lestari Sayang Anak.

On Friday 27 th April we raffled the latest iPad3. The lucky winner was Andrew Keith from Brisbane with ticket number 061.
